| 01.05.2018 This plugin fixes the .DDS Image I/O Error 'Error creating Direct3D Device' that occurs when running Max 8 on Windows 64-bit OS (not an issue for Win XP64). It has been verified to work on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. This plugin replaces the original dxDDS.bmi plugin that ships with Max 8, so back-up your original plugin (add .bak extension) and then copy this plugin into the same directory. | ||
