This version contains many internal code improvements that were made necessary by the upgrade to Visual Studio 2005. It comes with many great features, like 4 different color spaces (RGB / HSV / CMYK / Lab), cool new pickers, support for floating point color space and a mixing area.

OSGExp is an open source exporter from Max to OpenSceneGraph. It has support for geometry, materials, textures, multitextures, procedural textures, environment maps, cameras, animation and has helpers for OSG style level of detail, billboards, switches, impostors, occluders, nodemasks and much more.

This version has the following modifications compared to the original OSG plugin source (v0.9.6):
- LOD, DOF, Switch and Group node positions now matter in the scene
- LOD, DOF, Switch and Group node helpers play an active part in the Max scene hierarchy
- Adding multiple objects to an OSG node helper now has smart filtering
- The LOD UI now allows you to easily change the order of the LODs

It is very possible that these modifications have now been added to the official OSG Exporter here.

This plugin/MAXScript combination performs UV Unwrapping based on Least Squares Conformal Maps. It is based on the blender3d implementation by Brecht Van Lommel and Jens Ole Wund. You define UV seam edges on epoly object edges and run the automatic unwrap. A consistent texel/unit ratio is used for the results as well.
