Plugin Update: Renderers

Changes for v3.5.03 are:
- Adds support for Maya 2023
- Fixes a 'Hybrid Rendering' GUI issue in Maya
- OSL shader parameters in Maya that used ':' and '-' in the 'string page=' property now work
- Fixes a Maya issue where having Deformation Blur Steps > 2 causes mesh hair generation to crash
- Adds Max support for rendering cached meshes with the Fluid Loader object
- Adds a potential fix for a Max crash on shutdown after Redshift plugin has been unloaded
- Improves C4D image drag-and-drop in Nodes so new texture nodes inherit the name from the image
- Fixes a C4D issue where an already cached material preview would be re-rendered
- Adds support for Houdini 19.0.622 and drops support for 19.0.531
- Fixes a Houdini crash/freeze on exit if Redshift is not initialized
- Adds new 'Redshift_RVStartStop' and 'Redshift_RVRender' hscript commands to Houdini
- Adds Hydra support for Solaris 19.0.622 and drops support for 19.0.531
- Fixes a Hydra problem with velocity motion blur with varying point counts
- Fixes a Hydra problem while working with velocity grids in Houdini vdb primitives
- Adds Katana support for overscan and live rendering data to the custom display drivers
- Adds Blender support for multiple UV maps, vertex colors and tangents data
- Fixes a tiled texture error because of UDIM tag in Blender image file path
- Enables the Round Corners feature for CPU rendering
- Fixes a Redshift CPU crash on shutdown when not fully initialized
- Fixes a bug that could cause random crashes for certain materials
- Fixes new Standard Material bug that prevented transmission from working in conjunction with SSS
- New diffuse model 'Lambertian Spheres' now supports back-faced lighting

Plugin Update: Utilities

Changes for v2.3 are:
- You can replace materials/maps/bitmaps [By Class/By Name/By Bitmap Name] with another equal one
- Fixes an error when working with deleted objects without refreshing the script
- Selecting by [Name/Bitmap Name] in [Apply to All Objects] Mode now works properly
- Adds the version number to the script title

Universal Select By is available for Max 2016 to 2023 and costs $15.


Plugin Update: Renderers

Changes for v2021.1.5 - 12.19 are:
- Updates to Octane Render 2021.1.5b
- Fixes VDB cloud point display in Max viewport with non ansi filenames
- Fixes missing updates in Quick mode for non movable proxy objects

Changes for v3.18.16 are:
- Improves default settings for creating PBR materials from images and Substance SBSAR files
- Adds support for CoronaPhysicalMtl for creating PBR materials from images and Substance files
- Adds the ability to customize masks for creating PBR materials from images
- Adds the ability to flexibly customize PBR materials created from images
- Adds the ability to bulk-change texture size for the created PBR materials
- Adds the ability to change texture size for the created Substance map
- Adds the ability to reuse categories from a replaced material to the new one
- Fixes some minor issues with the Converting Images tool
- Fixes an issue with converting models to Final Render proxies in Max 2022 and above

iCube R&D Group have recompiled most of their plugins for Max 2023.

Changes for v15.75 are:
- Adds support for Max 2023
- Adds support for Maya 2023
- GLTF now exports curves
- Fixes GLTF positioning problems that may occur on certain transformations
- Fixes an occasional Blender crash with some files

Changes for v4.5.5 are:
- Adds support for Max 2023

- Fixes a very rare crash when building the internal resource list
- Fixes an Unreal issue where importing actors with skeleton animations took too long
- Fixes an Unreal issue where textures would be incorrectly imported as virtual textures
- Packaging projects is now supported in Unreal Engine 5 too

Changes for v3.5.02 are:
- Fixes a crash in OpenImageIO caused by PSD files with non-raster layers
- The Maya DLL is now correctly qualified as an Extension
- Fixes a Maya issue with OSL shader changes not showing in the next render
- Fixes a Maya issue where rendering XGen IGS caused a crash
- Changes to the renderDensityMultiplier attribute on an IGS node in Maya are now updated in IPR

- Fixes a Hydra problem with the viewport camera updating
- Final fix for the Hydra render crash when a handle is visible related to the selection buffers
- Fixes a Hydra crash when rendering scenes in DebugVerbose log mode
- Adds Blender support for the new 'Standard Material'
- Adds Blender support for the new 'Material Layer' and 'IOR To Metal Tints' nodes
- Fixes an error with animated cameras when rendered from the Blender command line

Plugin Update: Import / Export

Changes for v1.84 are:
- Adds support for Max 2023
- Fixes a bug where texture paths would not be created

New Plugin: Import / Export

MaxPDB lets you import PDB files directly into Max, providing a multitude of rendering and visualization options. Atoms can be displayed as particles, geometry or bonds.

Plugin Update: Utilities

Changes for v2.0 are:
- Removes the Global Arrays from the previous update
- The script now automatically selects target objects when executing search
- Replaces the [Select] button with a [Clear] button
- Adds a property editor (with search field) to change any property of the selected class
- Adds counts to ClassList items
- Adds [_All*] and [_Selected*] to the Class List
- Adds [Position, Rotation, Scale, WireColor, Name] to object properties
- Adds [Name] to materials/maps/modifiers properties
- Adds various ways of incrementing values, both randomly and calculated
- Renaming objects/materials/maps now always adds a number at the end
- You can now start to increment names from a specific number
- Randomize/increment transform can now be done in multiple ways
- Adds the ability to change/clear a property inside arrays
- There are now no spinners, so all numbers should be typed into the textBox
- There is now NO Filter when picking objects, so pick carefully
- You can no longer use 0/1 to change BooleanClasses, you have to use True/False or On/Off
- If [Keep] is unchecked, [Apply to selected] always applies the change to the current selection
- When applying a new material/map with a sub-material, you can now keep the old one as the sub
- When clearing material/map by class, it can now be replaced with one of its sub-materials

Universal Select By is available for Max 2016 to 2023 and costs $25.
